My project is a shaker card design showcasing, what I think is, the momma giraffe.  I just adore this image and she was so incredibly fun to color.  How stinkin' cute is her expression?!

I have her nestled in some comfy leaves from the Leaf Foliage 2 Die Set.  Doesn't she look comfy?!  When you order this kit, you will receive the step-by-step instructions to make this card.  How fun is that?!

~ Whimsy Stamps - Birthday Moose ~

Hello Friends!

I am sharing with you today a masculine card I have made using a stamp from Whimsy Stamp's new release called Moose Scene.  I have combined it with the Canoe Cling Stamp from a prior release.  I love it when I can combine images and create a whole new scene.  Even tho this is a masculine card, it would be perfect for any nature lover.  I personally love being out in nature and canoeing.  The serenity of this card makes me truly happy!

To give the card dimension, I popped the rocks, canoe, moose and frame up with different layers of dimensional foam tape.  To make the word "birthday" stand out, I offset it with a black cardstock layer.  I used Copic Blending Solution and a texture rag to give the moose's fur a more realistic look.

~ La-La Land Crafts - Welcome Little One ~

Happy Friday Ya'll!

Today's Inspiration Friday Challenge is "On the Farm."  I decided to turn my farm scene into a baby card.  What's cuter than babies?  Baby animals, especially fluffy chickies!

To get the un-cracked egg, I taped over the crack of the egg from the Poultry In Motion Clear Stamp Set, inked it up, removed the tape and stamped it...easy peasy.  I love how the background stamp from the Simple Joys Background Stamp Set allowed me to give my card color and texture.  I just think this turned out to be such an adorable baby card...I love it!

~ Second Look at Club La-La Land Craft's June 2019 Club Kit ~

Hi All!

I am back sharing with you today two more projects I have made using Club La-La Land Craft's June Kit.

My first project celebrates Dia de Los Muertos, which translated in English means Day of the Dead.  This is a Mexican holiday celebrated throughout Mexico in prayer and remembrance of friends and family members who have died.  This is not a day of sadness but a day of celebration.  They create beautiful and colorful altars and make traditional dishes to honor their loved ones.  To me, I think this is a beautiful tradition.

If you follow me, you know how much I love transforming my La-La Land Craft's images and Fiesta Marci is no exception.  I just adore how she came out!  I created this scene in honor of my husband.  Mexican is the last meal we shared out together before he became my guardian angel.  He loved to travel and learn about other cultures.  I know how much he is loving this card!
